All members of the negotiating team have a minimum of six years, and an average of 12 years experience, in the local residential property market.

Our reception negotiators in each office are trained to understand the whole buying and selling process and have a comprehensive knowledge of the market and of our register.

rogerwilkinsonRoger Wilkinson

Roger has worked in the local property market for around
thirty years, dealing in the sale and acquisition of all types of
residential, commercial, development and investment property.
Father of six, Roger is a former chairman of the Exeter Estate
Association and sits on the influential Advisory Panel for the
Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

 gileshannGiles Hann
Giles joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006 and in November 2011 was
promoted to Manager of the Exeter office. Giles comes from an agency
background which he started in the late nineties. He lives with his
wife Abi in Exeter and together they are keen fish keepers. Giles
also enjoys boating on the estuary and photographing nature

kevinluxtonKevin Luxton
Kevin was born in Exeter and has in excess of twenty years
experience working in the local residential market in key roles
for a number of reputable Agencies, mainly in Exeter and East
Devon. Since joining the company in 2004 Kevin spent time
in our Topsham office before taking up a senior role in Exeter
where he has furthered his knowledge within this experienced
team. Kevin lives in the city with wife Nicky and their children.

tonymcgeeTony McGee
Tony moved into Estate Agency from a practical building
background approximately 18 years ago. He joined Wilkinson
Grant in 2001 as a Senior Negotiator and thoroughly enjoys the
vast cross section of people he comes into contact with during
the course of his job. Tony lives in the city with his wife and
has a grown up daughter. He likes to take advantage of being
close to the estuary as he and his wife are both keen canoeists
and walkers.

michaelshawMichael Shaw
Mike has a wealth of experience across the County of Devon,
having worked for a highly respected firms over the years at
management level and sold his own successful Estate Agency
business in East Devon, now specialising in the higher end of
the market place Countywide. He has lived in Exeter for the
past fifteen years with his wife Susan, two daughters, Emily and
Claudia and son Oliver, as well as the two family Labradors!

danielwilkinsonDaniel Wilkinson
Daniel has worked in varying roles within Wilkinson Grant &
Company since its formation in 1995. Along with his general
agency duties, he helps identify and assists with the acquisition
and sale of both residential, commercial, development and
conversion opportunities

christinebedfordChristine Walmsley
Christine joined Wilkinson Grant & Co as a Client & Sales
Co-ordinator in April 2009, having worked within Estate
agency in Mid Devon for the previous 17 years. She takes
great pride in her work and apart from dealing with clients on
a day-to-day basis, oversees the advertising for the company.
She enjoys the opportunity to meet people and work with
such a professional team.

gabrielleweilGabrielle Weil
Gabby has been with Wilkinson Grant & Co since 1998 in a
Client & Sales co-ordinator role and in that time has seen the
job and industry evolve considerably. Gabby heads up the team
of Client & Sales Co-ordinators within the Exeter office and is
responsible for helping ensure the office runs efficiently and
effectively.

joelmooreJoel Moore
Joel has been with Wilkinson Grant & Co Topsham Office
since 2007 and has over five years experience in residential
property and development in East Devon and throughout the
South West. Living in the local village of Exton, Joel is a keen
sailor and makes use of the excellent water sports facilities on
the River Exe.

vickimayVicki Hutter
Vicki has been involved in property and redevelopment in
East Devon for twenty years which has involved running her
own property development company and working in the
agency for six over years. She is passionate about properties
requiring renovation and cosmetic works. She is a very happy,
vibrant member of the team.

Since joining Wilkinson Grant in 2002, Teresa has worked as a
Client & Sales Co-ordinator in both Topsham and Exeter offices,
she thoroughly enjoys working with both colleagues and the
public in a field that is very close to her heart.  Teresa was born
in Exeter, is married with three sons and currently lives in Mid Devon.

Emma_ScottEmma Scott
Emma joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006 as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator at the Exeter office. During 2010 she took 8 months off to travel, 5 months of which were spent in New Zealand where Emma gained some experience of their property market.  She enjoys dealing with the Vendor Clients and Buyers and takes a pride in her attention to detail.

Joanna_Churchill_JonesJoanna Churchill-Jones
Joanna joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in the summer of 2010 having worked for many years within the property industry. Jo has been instrumental in the implementation of our Sunday Markets and is proud of the success of this initiative. Outside of work, as a busy mother of two, Jo enjoys spending time with her children.

Danielle_WedgeryDanielle Wedgery
Danielle joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in May 2011 as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator in the Topsham office. She is new to the property industry and previously worked in a Co-ordinators role for the London 2012 Olympic Games. She thrives on building a good rapport with the clients and works hard to sustain these relationships. Danielle is a keen amateur photographer and enjoys any opportunity to photograph our properties.

Lacey_TuckerLacey Tucker
Lacey is the newest member of the team, having joined in the Autumn of 2011. She recently graduated from Bristol UWE where she studied Psychology and then went on to travel Europe. Lacey has lived in Exeter all her life and enjoys the local lifestyle. She has recently passed the Guild of Professional Estate Agents exam and is embracing the varied role of Client & Sales Co-ordinator.
