All members of the negotiating team have a minimum of six years, and an average of 12 years experience, in the local residential property market.

Our reception negotiators in each office are trained to understand the whole buying and selling process and have a comprehensive knowledge of the market and of our register.

Roger has worked in the local property market for around thirty years, dealing in the sale and acquisition of all types of residential, commercial, development and investment property. Father of six, Roger is a former chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association and sits on the influential Advisory Panel for the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

Giles joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006 and since November 2011 has been Manager of the Exeter office.  Born and educated in Exeter, Giles has extensive local knowledge primarily over Exeter, East and Mid Devon.  With a young family keeping him busy in his leisure time, he continues to be an avid supporter of Exeter Chiefs, plays squash and explores the many opportunities in the Exe Valley allowing him to pursue his keen interest in wildlife photography.

Kevin was born in Exeter and 2013 sees his 25th year in the local property market, primarily in Exeter and East Devon.  Since joining the company in 2004, Kevin spent time in our Topsham office before moving back to Exeter where he now assists in the running of the busy City Centre office.  Kevin has recently moved and lives in the city with wife Nicky and teenage son.

Tony moved into Estate Agency from a practical building background approximately 18 years ago. He joined Wilkinson Grant in 2001 as a Senior Negotiator and thoroughly enjoys the vast cross section of people he comes into contact with during the course of his job. Tony lives in the city with his wife. He likes to take advantage of being close to the estuary as he and his wife are both keen canoeists and walkers.

Mike has a wealth of experience across the County of Devon, having worked for highly respected firms over the years at management level and sold his own successful Estate Agency business in East Devon, now specialising in the higher end of the market place Countywide. He has lived in Exeter for the past fifteen years with his wife Susan, two daughters, Emily and Claudia and son Oliver, as well as the family Labradoodle.

Daniel has worked in varying roles within Wilkinson Grant & Company since its formation in 1995. Along with his general agency duties, he helps identify and assists with the acquisition and sale of both residential, commercial, development and conversion opportunities.

Christine joined Wilkinson Grant & Co as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator in April 2009, having worked within Estate agency in Mid Devon for the previous 17 years. She moved to the Topsham office in 2010 where she enjoys her office-based role, being responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.  At the weekend, Christine loves spending time with her family, especially her delightful grand-daughter.  She also enjoys walking, cycling, watching rugby, cooking and the inevitable ..... shopping!

Gabby has been with Wilkinson Grant & Co since 1999 in a Client & Sales co-ordinator role after moving down from Hertfordshire. She has seen the company grow extensively over the past 13 years to become one of the leading independent agencies in Exeter.  Her role is varied, dealing with the conveyancing process from start to finish and heading up the Client & Sales Co-ordinator team in the Exeter office.  At weekends Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, as well as long country walks.  She also enjoys travelling to New Zealand to visit her Sister.

Joel has been with Wilkinson Grant & Co Topsham Office since 2007 and was promoted to Manager in January 2012. He has a background in residential sales and development in East Devon and throughout the South West. Having lived in East Devon for many years, Joel has a full appreciation of what makes the area such a special place to live. A resident of Lympstone with his young family, Joel is a keen sailor and makes use of the excellent water sports facilities on the River Exe.

Emma joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006 as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator at the Exeter office. Recently married, Emma and her husband bought their first property together in 2009.  She enjoys dealing with our Vendor Clients and Buyers and takes pride in her attention to detail, as well as giving a high level of customer service.

Joanna joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in the summer of 2010 having worked for over 10 years within the property industry.  Jo is one of our Client & Sales Co-ordinators, having adapted to several different roles within the company.  She was born and grew up in East Devon and has good local knowledge.  Jo is passionate about property and prides herself on being able to work professionally and confidently throughout the entire property process and very much enjoys being part of a successful team.  Outside of work Jo enjoys spending time with friends and family, entertaining and dining out, exploring the Jurassic coastline and visiting places of historical interest.

Jenni joined the Exeter Office in the Autumn of 2012 as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator in the Exeter office.  She prides herself on being organised and is a bubbly member of the team.  Previously Jenni worked as a Sales Executive for Mini/BMW gaining lots of experience in a sales role before joining Wilkinson Grant & Co where her ambition has always been to work in this busy, exciting industry. Jenni grew up on a farm with her family in Drewsteignton and now lives in Exeter.  She enjoys the lifestyle and also spending time with friends and family.  Any spare time she has she will be catching up on the latest movies as she is a big film fanatic.

Lynne joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2012 after many years of working as a Conveyancer for a well-established local firm of Solicitors.  With her legal experience she brings something unique to the team and this, together with her extensive local knowledge, means exchanges and completions are agreed much quicker.  In her spare time Lynne enjoys watching Exeter Chiefs, cooking, planning her next holiday and when she can she makes time to help raise funds for FORCE.

Kim joined our Lettings Department in May 2010 as the Lettings Manager having worked in the property industry in and around Exeter for 10 years.  She enjoys the fast pace of lettings and having spent most of her life in and around Exeter she brings a wealth of local knowledge.  Having been both a Tenant and a Landlord gives her an understanding to her role and customer care is her main focus.  Outside of work, Kim is married with two children, she enjoys running, spending time with family and friends.  She is interested in cooking and is especially a dab hand at cake making.

Sam joined our Lettings Department appointed as Property Maintenance Co-ordinator in September 2012, after achieving one of her many life goals by completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and being presented with an Upper Second Class Honours.  Having worked as a manager in the hospitality industry for the majority of her career, as well as having worked for corporate and independent letting agents within the Exeter area, Sam enjoys the variety and challenges that the job brings as no two days are ever the same.  At the weekend Sam enjoys spending time with family and in the warmer months you will find her riding waves on the North Devon coast or horse riding across the rolling hills of Dartmoor National Park.

Jackie joined our Lettings Department in October 2009 as an administrator and brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked primarily in administrative/secretarial roles over the last 30 years.  When not working, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family which includes a very hairy German Shephard dog!  Having gained a diploma in interior design in recent years, she is now adding to this by attending an upholstery course but also enjoys knitting, cooking and spending time enjoying the great outdoors.

Carol joined the Wilkinson Grant & Co Topsham office in April 2011 as a part time Client Sales Co-ordinator.  Carol and her husband relocated to Devon in 2005 from London where she worked as a Property Underwriter.  When not working Carol enjoys running and spending time enjoying all that Devon has to offer with her young family.

Jayne was proud to join the team of Wilkinson Grant at the Topsham office in May 2012 as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator.  She first worked in agency in 2005 and has always had a determination to provide the highest level of customer care possible.  Jayne has lived and worked in the city of Exeter for 13 years and feels this unique area has something to offer for everyone.  Outside of work, she has a passion for art, painting in particular, and is proud to be a member of the Topsham Art Group.  When she is not working or painting, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and Haldon Forest in particular being a big hit with the family on weekends!

Lucy joined Wilkinson Grant in March 2010 as an office administrator. Her role includes undertaking the advertising and co-ordinating our charity and social events. She particularly enjoys being part of the Wilkinson Grant charity initiative and is very much looking forward to working closely with this years charities and planning some great events.  In her spare time Lucy is a keen runner and book enthusiast but loves nothing more than going to gigs with her partner or rummaging through vintage clothes rails with her friends.

Keith has been involved in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has run Mortgage Advice Bureau (Exeter) since 2003. Qualified to Diploma level; Keith is able to provide advice on all aspects of financial planning. Born and educated in Exeter Keith lives in the city with his wife and two teenage daughters. Leisure time preferences would be time on the squash court or golf course.

Tracy previously worked within the Financial Services sector for many years having qualified as a Financial Adviser. Having taken time out of the industry for the last ten years to start and run her own business, she joined Mortgage Advice Bureau (Exeter) Limited in October as a Mortgage Co-ordinator.  In her spare time Tracy enjoys walking her Dalmatian, designing textiles & print, collecting and listening to rare jazz-funk and soul music

Miles is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined Wilkinson Grant Surveyors in 2005 being appointed a Director in 2007. He has practiced in the South Devon area for over 25 years formerly heading up a large Surveying Department . Miles specialises in residential property carrying out formal valuations for tax, matrimonial and expert witness purposes . He also undertakes pre purchase Home buyer surveys. In his spare time Miles enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hiking, reading, history and travelling.

Lyn joined Wilkinson Grant Surveyors as a Secretary in April 2006.  For most of her career she has worked for independent Estate Agents within the Exeter area but on the sales side of the business.  It has therefore been a challenge for her to undertake a different role learning all technical aspects of the Survey work.  In her spare time, Lyn enjoys spending time socialising with her family and friends, working out at the gym and going on long walks with her two cocker spaniel dogs.

Peter joined Wilkinson Grant Surveyors in October 2012.  After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978, he spent the first part of his career in the public sector in Exeter and Bristol.  He then worked in private practice in Exeter with a firm of Estate Agents and Surveyors undertaking residential surveys as well as other professional work.  Before he joined Wilkinson Grant, he undertook residential survey work for Lloyds/HBOS Bank as the main surveyor for Exeter, Torquay and surrounding areas.  As well as a varied professional life as a surveyor, Peter has undertaken Parish Councillor and school governor roles for his village community, whilst also, at varying times managing to run a boys football team and playing golf (badly!).

Lin joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2012 after relocating from the East Midlands back to Devon where she grew up.  She has almost nine years experience working within the property market and also ran a scaffolding company alongside her husband for six years.  Following the arrival of their second child, Lin moved away from the management side of estate agency and has put her experience and enthusiasm into the varied role of Viewings Co-ordinator.

Natalie is a Negotiator in our Lettings Department, having worked for the company for two years with 4 years experience in the industry.  Her main role is to take on new business through market appraisals, meeting potential and existing Landlords.  Having worked in a variety of different sales roles in her career which have developed her customer service focus, Natalie feels she has really found her niche in her current role, using her skills to build working relationships ensuring Landlords and Tenants get the very best services.  Natalie is a busy mum of two girls spending her spare time with them and her husband seeing friends and family.  She has recently taken up running which she really enjoys.

Bella was born and brough up in Devon.  She joined Wilkinson Grant as a Client & Sales Co-ordinator in the Topsham office in 2013 having spent the last two years working in a London Estate Agency.  When not at work, Bella enjoys walking her English Bull Terrier and riding across Dartmoor.
