Local buyers desparate to find a three bedroom bungalow, before Christmas, with ample parking in either Alphington, lower St Thomas or the lower side of Exwick - immediate funds available up to £310,000.  Ref JF Nov 09

Mr M is looking 40 mins South or West from Exeter up to £260,000. An older property in a quiet location, 3 beds, nice garden and own parking.  Ref: GH June 09

Mr W is a cash buyer looking for a detached Victorian property with at least 4 bedrooms and with sea views. He would also like a good size garden and a swimming pool if possible. Mr & Mrs M are seeking a 3 bedroom bungalow upto £275,000 with space for a caravan.  Ideally Pinhoe, Pennslyvania but other areas will be considered.  Ref KL May

Dr H is looking for a detached house with 3 or more reception rooms with land and parking for six cars.  Would like the property to be between the South Devon coast and the perimeter bounded by the A38, A30 and A35 between Ivybridge and Lyme Regis, with a particular focus on Totnes, Newton Abbot, Honiton and Axminster.  The property needs to be within walking distance of a town or village centre with shops and pubs.  Some land would be an advantage but a reasonable size garden would be adequate.  Cash buyer up to £1 Million.  Ref EC.  April 09.
