I spoke to a lovely agent called Jenny who was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions regarding the property. Everyone at Wilkinson Grant are incredibly professional and I got to experience my first open house viewing with them. Would highly recommend.
Was a hard move! From the very start Gemma Neal and Kate King kept us informed of the progress, replied swiftly to any queries we had or chased up for answers to our questions. The professionalism and thoroughness of the work carried out ensured that no surprises came about. We felt looked after the whole time and without these two I'm sure my teddy throwing would have been uncontrollable. 100% recommend and if we ever sell would be our first call.

Wilkinson Grant provided a professional service. The staff at the Topsham office were always helpful and efficient and gave good advice when there were problems along the way. Special mention goes to Kate King for keeping on top of all the twists and turns, keeping us informed as things developed and making it all happen in the end. Overall, we can highly recommend the service provided by Wilkinson Grant.
If you need to sell a house I can highly recommend Emma and all the team at the Topsham office of Wilkinson Grant. So friendly and super efficient during the viewing process. And after the sale was agreed, great communication and advice from Kate who was always available to help with any queries I had and kept me up to date on every detail of the sale until completion.
Buyer beware..after a friendly start to my enquiry about a property and subsequent viewing, I felt very left out of the loop very quickly, very poor communication and feedback, maybe its because i am not a local? It is no good apologising about your mistakes after the event, when I wasn't given a fair bit of the apple. Very Very Disappointed.
We have just Exchanged on a house in Budleigh Salterton. Working with Kate and Jenny has been easy. From the start, when we contacted Jenny regularly about houses about to come to market they were always accommodating and pleased to receive the call. The process from making the offer to exchanged wasn't straight forward, it never is, but Kate was great, always keeping in contact, chasing up and down the chain and a pleasure to deal with.
My sale was not straightforward, owing to circumstances beyond everyone's control, but the Topsham office staff, including the branch manager Joel Moore and the progression manager Kate King were brilliant from first to last: extremely efficient and well organised (rare qualities these days I find!), friendly, courteous, good at communicating, and supportive when the going got tough.
House moves at the best of times can be difficult and stressful. However when the buying chain develops ‘hiccups’ and repeatedly stalls, then it needs someone to pull things together. The whole experience of delay after delay caused extreme pressure on participants and the risk of losing the house you are trying to buy. Kate King of Wilkinson Grant, Topsham, was the inspiration to maintain contact with the people in the buying chain, the estate agents and solicitors over an extended period. My end of the chain maintained personal contact together and with her, which helped to galvanise the rest to finally reach agreement.. Kate did a marvellous job as ‘chaser’ and undoubtedly saved the situation as well as helping me to buy an ideal house in a beautiful area. So a big thank you Kate.

We recently completed the sale of our property and purchase of another, both with Wilkinson Grant (Topsham office). We found them professional and efficient throughout. Tom Folland led our valuation and sale, then subsequent introduction and purchase of a new house, after our initial onward chain broke (with a different agent). Tom continued with us throughout our conveyancing, he and the Topsham team were always available should we need advice or a property brain to pick! This isn't the first time we have sold or bought a property, but it is the first experience with WG. We found the service they provided to be excellent - our best interest seemed to be at the core of our relationship, making us feel like a valued client. I would highly recommend Tom and his team; even if you are indecisive about your onward move - after a friendly chat, they seem to quickly identify prospective properties within your budget and desires!
