Recent Data from Rightmove reveals that since the start of 2021 leading independent agents, Wilkinson Grant & Co., have accounted for one in five Exeter property sales of £350K and above in EX1- EX4 (20.2%)- rising to one in four of £500K or more and 38% of all sales of 750K or more.
