GUIDE PRICE: £550,000-£600,000

A delightful detached property situated on the edge of Broadclyst. The original part of the house dates back to the 18th century and was extended approximately 20 years ago to create spacious, adaptable accommodation which would suit a large family or would work very well for multi-generational living with annexed accommodation or even income potential (subject to the necessary planning consents) and the option to work from home.

The accommodation is arranged with two good sized ground floor reception rooms, one with a superb open fire and a large kitchen/family room. The ground floor also features a ground floor 5th bedroom with en-suite wet room and there are four double bedrooms on the first floor, two in the original part of the house, the master with an en-suite and a separate family bathroom and there are two in the newer part of the property, with a shower room. These areas are accessed by two separate staircases.

The outside space features a large parking area and open barn for covered parking and great storage space. There is an additional workshop and a pool area which requires renovation and a pool house and sauna. The gardens are a really good size and laid to lawn.
