From A380 take the Ashcombe turning B3192. Following Colley Lane for a few miles, then take a left turn into Luscombe Hill. Magnolia Cottage is situated in a delightful and very peaceful hamlet within the unspoilt valley of Dawlish Water which lies a couple of miles inland from the coastal towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth and the A380 and approx.15 miles to Exeters junction 30 of the M5 motorway. You can walk into Dawlish town easily from the property. Magnolia Cottage was built in 2005 by the previous owner of Radfords Hotel (no longer a hotel, now just run as a family home) for himself and his family to live in.
