Directions

From Topsham, leave the town on Elm Grove Road, pass Darts Farm and at the roundabout turn right onto the Exmouth Road. Follow the road through Ebford, pass the Harvest petrol station and as you go down the hill, take the first turning on the left into Mill Lane. Follow the road round to the right, and the property is found on the right hand side.

Exton lies on the East side of the River Exe Estuary, some five miles from the Cathedral city of Exeter with its comprehensive range of services and five miles from the coastal town of Exmouth, popular for its long sandy beach.
