FROM M5
Take Junction 30 exit. Follow signs to Exmouth/Sidmouth. Continue to follow signs to Sidmouth and proceed to the Sidmouth A3052 road at the Clyst St Mary roundabout. Continue along this road for a couple of miles. You will pass The Cat and Fiddle Pub on your left, then Crealy Adventure Park on your right. You will shortly come to a sign saying 'Farringdon – Village Centre ½ mile'. Turn left here. You are now in Parsonage Lane. Continue along the lane and take the second turning on the left down a very narrow lane with a T-junction / No Through road sign at the top (with a small triangle of grass). Go all the way to the bottom of this lane until you reach a fork, where you will see a sign for Greengage Cottage on the right. The cottage is at the top of the right hand drive. If you get to the church you have gone too far!
