Trouts boatyard and moorings are a few minutes' walk away and Topsham Sailing Club is only a short stroll. You can take the train to Exeter or Exmouth from Topsham railway station and there are also excellent links by road and rail to the rest of the South West and London. Junction 30 of the M5 is approx. 2.5 miles away and Exeter Airport is less than 6.5 miles distant.
