Directions

From Topsham and Exeter, take the A376 to Exmouth. Take the first exit at the roundabout and second exit at the second roundabout onto Rolle Street. Head through the town centre. At the next roundabout take the second exit and follow the road to the left onto Douglas Avenue. Roswell Court will be found on the right hand side.
