Leave the M5 at junction 30 to join Sidmouth Road. Take the third exit on the roundabout and join the A376, Exmouth Road. Follow the A376 to Exmouth for five miles. Once in Exmouth, slide left onto Gipsy Lane until you reach Exmouth Community College. at the roundabout take the second exit onto Withycombe Village Road.
