Leave Topsham along Station Road. At the roundabout turn right and continue past Darts Farm. At the next roundabout turn left and at the following one turn right towards Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. On entering Woodbury, drop down Globe Hill, pass over the crossroads and turn right into the lane just before the village shop. Continue along the gravel drive and Barn Cottage is on the right.
