Exit the M5 at Junction 27 and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A361. Take the exit towards Sampford Peverell/Halberton/Parkway, at the roundabout take the first exit. Continue onto Lower Town, and then onto Turnpike. The development will then be on your right.
