DIRECTIONS

From Exeter take the M5 towards Bristol. At Junction 27 take the slip road off towards Tiverton. At the traffic lights take the left hand exit onto the A361 towards Tiverton. Take the first left hand slip road toward Sampford Peverell. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Sampford Peverell. Go straight through Sampford Peverell onto Turnpike. Continue on this road through Halberton and onto Post Hill. A little way before Blundells School you will see the development on your right hand side.
