Each property has a short preview video and on request we can forward a longer version for you to view in the comfort of your own home.
The videos are more than just a “virtual tour” and really do help you get a better feel for a property and help refine your search before viewing in person.

Now, not only can you take a look around through our agent-narrated online walkthrough videos but you can then attend agent accompanied livestream viewings, where you can see even more and ask questions about both the property and the area .
Sellers can showcase their properties without having to worry about social distancing and other restrictions Covid-19 safety guidelines entail. The biggest benefit is that, when they do attend an actual in-person viewing, they are better qualified potential buyers who are effectively viewing your home for a second (or in many cases third!) time.
Livestream viewings enable us to hold LIVE VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSES – where multiple registered-only viewers can view a property at the same time and interact real-time with an agent who is familiar with the property, the area and the seller’s circumstances.
