Wilkinson Grant & Co are looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Exeter Lettings Department.
This is a senior role for someone who already knows lettings, enjoys responsibility and wants to play a proper part in growing a successful department.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Lettings, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the team, helping to win and retain landlord clients, carrying out market appraisals, conducting viewings, overseeing relets, supporting the Lettings Negotiator and making sure our service stays sharp, professional and proactive.

This is a hands-on senior lettings role, combining negotiation, client care, market appraisals, business development, team support, compliance and operational organisation.
You’ll help drive weekly lets, monthly move-ins, new landlord opportunities, relet performance, landlord retention and the overall growth of our lettings portfolio.
You’ll personally conduct viewings and market appraisals, while also helping to oversee and support the Lettings Negotiator to ensure enquiries, applicants, landlords and tenants are managed properly.
It’s a role for someone experienced, focused and practical.
Not someone who wants a senior title and then mysteriously vanishes when the phone rings.
You’ll help manage and deliver:
• Market appraisals for prospective and existing landlord clients
• New business opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio
• Landlord relationship management and long-term client retention
• Applicant handling, tenant enquiries and viewing appointments
• Viewings, feedback and negotiation
• Weekly let targets and monthly move-ins
• Relet management, including prompt preparation and relaunch of available properties
• Section 13 rent increases in line with legislation and company procedures
• Tenancy progression and associated administration
• Day-to-day support for the Head of Lettings
• Oversight, guidance and encouragement for the Lettings Negotiator
• Accurate use of lettings software, CRM and internal systems
• Compliance with lettings legislation, company procedures and best practice
• Support with accounts-related processes when required
• A positive, professional and commercially focused team culure
In other words, you’ll help keep the department moving, growing and performing — without letting the important details fall down the back of the metaphorical sofa.
You’re likely to be someone who:

ARLA / Propertymark qualifications would be a bonus, but strong experience, sound judgement and the right attitude matter most.

Wilkinson Grant & Co are looking for an energetic, focused and highly organised New Homes Sales & Client Co-ordinator to join our growing New Homes team, based in our Exeter city centre headquarters.
This is a busy, varied and important role supporting our Head of New Homes and wider team with buyer enquiries, developer updates, sales progression, CRM accuracy, marketing co-ordination, client reporting and general department organisation.
You won’t be expected to carry out viewings. You will be expected to know what’s happening, spot what needs doing next, keep people updated, chase politely but persistently and help make the department run beautifully.
No cape required. Although we wouldn’t rule it out.

This is primarily a co-ordination, administration and client contact role. It would ideally suit someone with estate agency experience who is looking to develop within a specialist New Homes environment.
You’ll be part organiser, part progress-chaser, part problem-preventer and part calm voice in the room when everyone else is asking where the update, memo, report or solicitor response has got to.
You’ll work in a structured, goal-focused department where clear objectives, accurate reporting, KPIs and performance tracking help everyone stay organised, accountable and moving in the right direction.

This is a senior fee-earning and listing role for someone who knows estate agency properly. Someone with a growth mindset, strong communication and negotiating skills, a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to muck in, help others and have fun in the process.
You’ll prospect for new business, win market appraisals, convert instructions, manage client relationships and help us grow market share across Exeter and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will work from our Exeter office, focusing primarily on the £500,000 to £1.5 million market within Exeter and around a 10-mile radius.
You’ll report to the Exeter Sales Manager, work closely with the wider sales team and mentor less experienced colleagues along the way.
No ivory tower. No clipboard-only leadership. This is a role for someone who can list, win, advise, follow up, support the team and get things moving.
Preferably all before lunch.
This is a hands-on senior sales role, combining business generation, market appraisals, instruction-winning, client care, sales support and mentoring.
You’ll be expected to actively prospect for new opportunities, build relationships with homeowners, win instructions at the right fee and the right price, and help ensure our clients receive the level of service expected from one of the region’s leading independent estate agencies.
You’ll work closely with the Exeter Sales Manager and wider team to drive market share, raise standards and help deliver outstanding results.
