At work: Tom has worked in property since 2004 with 10 years working in Prime Central London. Having worked across a variety of sectors he has experience of new homes, investment & residential sales, lettings and management. At home: Having relocated back to Devon with his wife and son he now enjoys all the benefits that Devon has to offer.
At work: Lisa joined Wilkinson Grant earlier this year as the New Homes Manager. She brings with her a wealth of experience after 15 years of working within Agency and the Land and New Homes industry. At home: Lisa lives in the country with her husband and 2 young children who absorb a lot of her time, what little she has left that is!
At work:Jonathan is part of the Wilkinson Grant Land and Development team. Having grown up on a farm in Devon he then graduated from Reading University where he read Real Estate. Jonathan went on to earn his RICS as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in Exeter. Once qualified he joined a property developer/investor, understanding how residential properties can be utilised as an investment. Jonathan principally focuses on land development opportunities and the conversion of existing buildings in Devon. At home: In his spare time Jonathan gets involved with most sports including Motorcross, cycling, skiing and wake boarding. If he is not finding his next hit of adrenaline, he is recovering in a bar.
At work: Jenny joined Wilkinson Grant & Co. in April 2018 as a client and sales coordinator in their new Exmouth office. Previous to this she worked for five years with another Exmouth estate agent so brings with her an excellent knowledge of the local area. At home: Having recently purchased a property in need of modernising Jenny is enjoying carrying out the renovation. When she is not working on the house and garden she likes to spend time with her family exploring Devon and Cornwall in their camper van.
At work: Tess joined Wilkinson Grant as a negotiator / valuer in 2017 having gained experience in lettings working for more than 7 years in other local agencies. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of lettings and knows the Exeter and surrounding rental market inside out. At home: Tess enjoys the outdoor life, taking advantage of the beautiful local countryside around where she lives in Woodbury. She also enjoys travelling when she gets the chance and spending time with friends and family.
At work: Christine has been working within Agency since 1990 and having lived in the Exeter area all her life, she knows it well. Her role is now Client & Sales Co-Ordinator and enjoys meeting people and helping assist with the process of buying and selling. At home: Christine enjoys spending time at home and particularly loves the opportunity to host dinner parties. She also enjoys meeting her Airbnb guests, who visit from all over the world. She has eight Grandchildren and with four of them living in New Zealand, this means a trip "down under" every now and again.
At work: Helena joined Wilkinson Grant in June 2017. She has been working in Estate Agency for three years, previous to this she worked in a complaints department for an airline. These roles have given her experience in different sectors and a high level of customer service At home: In Helena’s spare time, she enjoys going on walks and planning her next holiday with her husband Aaron.
At work: Cath joined Wilkinson Grant in 2014 as a viewings co-ordinator and now works as a Client & Sales Coordinator. Although Cath was new to Agency she has always had a passion for property and has undertaken various renovation projects including a Methodist chapel in West Wales. Cath moved to Devon 12 years ago to run a business on Dartmoor and this is when her love for the area began. At home: She has recently moved with her three daughters to the Mid Devon town of Crediton. Cath loves the outdoors and enjoys walking and cycling and makes the most of living in this beautiful county.
At work: Gemma joined Wilkinson Grant and Company in 2015 as a client and sales co-ordinator concentrating on the South Devon area and comes with several years of estate agency under her belt. At home: Gemma loves living a village life in Bishopsteignton with her husband and young daughter where hours are spent in their garden growing their own vegetables and caring for the chickens and guinea pigs. Gemma takes pride in building great working relationships with clients whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
At work: Guy came to Exeter in 2007 having previously been involved in property transactions in London, to oversee the development of Exeter Castle seeing that project through until its sale to the current owner in 2013. Since then he has been active in both residential and commercial transactions in Devon. At home: He has two sons and spends his time either maintaining a classic car or renovating the family home.
At work: James has been helping people move in Exeter and the surrounding area for almost 30 years now. James is an Exonian and his local knowledge and expertise are second to none. At home: He is an avid follower of the Grecians and lives on the city outskirts with his wife and three sons.
At work: Leigh joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2016. Bringing with her experience in sales management, she prides herself in providing a high level of customer service in her role as Client & Sales Co-Ordinator. At home: Having recently relocated home to Devon from Bath, Leigh is very much enjoying the country life with her husband. In her spare time she loves to indulge in her passion for sunny and snowy holidays and, of course, fantastic food and wine!
At work: Ria joined the Lettings team in March 2016 as Receptionist/Administrator. Having previously worked in retail, Ria carries years of customer experience and ensures she provides the best possible service to all of our clients. At home: Ria was raised in Exeter and lives with her parents and beloved border terrier. In her spare time she enjoys long dog walks, spending time with friends and online shopping. She also likes to watch her favourite football team, Liverpool, but doesn’t enjoy seeing them lose!
At work: Hannah joined the lettings team in 2014 and has worked in various roles over the years, now overseeing the accounts and management of our portfolio of properties as Assistant Lettings Manager. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and recently became a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark. At home: Hannah lives in the heart of Exeter and loves city living - you can count of her to try out all the new eateries, and when not in Devon you'll find her travelling abroad to continue her search for good food and good wine!
At work: Lynne joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2012 after many years of working as a Conveyancer for a well-established local firm of Solicitors. With her legal experience she brings something unique to the team and this, together with her extensive local knowledge, means exchanges and completions are agreed much quicker. At home: In her spare time Lynne enjoys watching Exeter Chiefs, cooking, planning her next holiday and when she can she makes time to help raise funds for FORCE.
At work: Carol joined the Wilkinson Grant & Co Topsham office in April 2011 as a part time Client Sales Co-ordinator. Carol and her husband relocated to Devon in 2005 from London where she worked as a Property Underwriter. At home: When not working, Carol enjoys running and spending time enjoying all that Devon has to offer with her young family.
At work: Karen joined the Topsham office in June 2015. She relocated to Topsham from London in 1995, where she worked for English Heritage in the listed buildings department. She has also lived in Woodbury and more recently Lympstone. Her excellent local knowledge of the East Devon area is particularly useful to clients looking to relocate to the area. At home: She and her husband are kept busy with their three sons who have a wide range of interests.
At work: Kevin was born in Exeter and has nearly thirty years’ experience in the local property market, primarily in Exeter and East Devon. Since joining the company in 2004 Kevin has recently returned to the Topsham office after assisting the running of the busy Exeter city branch for 10 years. At home: Kevin lives in the city with his wife, Nicky, and teenage son.
At work: Sophie joined Wilkinson Grant in 2015 and is now Lettings and Sales Office Manager in Exeter. Having lived in and around Exeter for more than 10 years and also worked in the letting industry she has a good knowledge of the local property market. At home: Whilst not the biggest fan of exercise the family German Shepherd, Sheba, can always convince her to go for a walk in the beautiful countryside near where she lives! Sophie also enjoys spending time with family and meeting up with friends in her spare time.
At work: Gabby has been with Wilkinson Grant & Co since 1999 after moving down from Hertfordshire. Her role is varied working with Daniel on Land & Developments projects and New Homes. At play: At weekends Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, as well as long country walks. She also enjoys travelling to New Zealand to visit her sister.
At work: Daniel has worked in varying roles within Wilkinson Grant & Company since its formation in 1995. Along with his general agency duties, he helps to identify and assists with the acquisition and sale of both residential, commercial, development and conversion opportunities.
At work: Emma joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006 as a Client & Sales Coordinator in the Exeter office. Emma now works in the Topsham office, where she enjoys going for walks along the estuary during lunchtime. She aims to give a high level of customer service when helping both Vendor clients and potential buyers and takes pride in her attention to detail when creating marketing materials. At home: Emma and her husband bought their first property together in 2009, then moved ‘up the ladder’ to Kenton in 2015, so have experienced the selling process too!
At work: Wendy joined the company in 2004 and has worked in a number of different roles within the business over the years. She now is responsible for HR and Facilities Management and assists Roger in various projects. At home: Originally from London, Wendy lives in the Blackdown Hills and thoroughly enjoys the outdoor life with her puppy, Alfie. Most weekends she can be found running or cycling around the Devon lanes – a necessity to counteract her love of wine and chocolate!
At work: Joel has been with Wilkinson Grant, based in the Topsham office since 2007 and managed the office for over 5 years. He has also lived in the area for over 12 years and over this time has developed a specialist knowledge of all types of property in the Exe Estuary area and has a full appreciation of what makes the area such a special place to live. At home: Joel is a keen sailor and makes use of the excellent water sports facilities on the River Exe and when not working or on the water enjoys the outdoors with his young sons, in particular the Estuary Cycle path.
At work: Giles joined Wilkinson Grant & Co in 2006. Born and educated in Exeter, Giles has extensive local knowledge primarily over Exeter, East and Mid Devon. At home: With a young family keeping him busy in his leisure time, Giles continues to be an avid supporter of Exeter Chiefs, plays squash and enjoys pursuing his keen interest in wildlife photography in the Exe Valley.
At work: Roger has worked in the local property market for around 35 years, dealing in the sale and acquisition of all types of residential, commercial, development and investment property. At home: Father of six, Roger is a former chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association has sat on the influential Advisory Panel for the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
