Luke Chittenden

At Work: Luke joined Wilkinson Grant in Sept 2024 to head up the launch of our Block and Estate Management division. He brings 20 years of industry experience having worked for smaller independent managing agents and a large corporate agent in the southwest. His dedication to block and estate management has seen him in operational roles and managing a range of properties for some prestigious clients. 

At Home: Living in Torbay he loves to spend time at the beach with his young family and enjoys sea swimming all year round. At other times he enjoys listening to music, travelling, and experiencing the highs and lows of going to watch Arsenal.
